Water meter reading
The water plant in Billund deliver fresh and clean water straight to your tap every day. The water is measured by a water meter, which must be read and reported once a year in order to make a correct bill.
As a customer of Billund Drikkevand / Billund water plant, you will be sent a water meter reading card each year either per e-mail or per SMS if we have this information or by letter if we do not have these contact information.
You can enter your contact details in the customer portal, where you also can keep track of your consumption. Costumer no. “kundenummer” and password ”internetkode” is on your bill.
The yearly meter reading must be carried out and reported before Christmas, the date is on the meter reading card.
